College Leadership

UWCSEA recognises that in order to be a world-class educational institution, it must have world-class teachers and administrators. The College is fortunate to have fully qualified, highly experienced staff contributing to the development of the College and its programmes at all levels - academic, governance and administrative.

The majority of our senior management staff have post graduate qualifications; many of the Heads of Departments hold post-graduate qualifications in their specialisation. In addition, our staff are encouraged to lead by example, to celebrate initiative and provide positive role models to students in all endeavours. On our staff we have an Olympian who coaches in his sport, outdoor educators who provide training and guidance opportunities for their peers in other institutions, and a number of inspirational individuals who display remarkable leadership though the development of projects to support and assist those less fortunate than themselves.
